How to search products?
To start search on Baehuts stores. Search for all products by entering the product name or keyword into the search bar at the top of our page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product that interest you, simply click the product name or the product image and more details will be provided to you.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method such as Air, Sea & Land and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical.
What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
- Your item did not arrive within the time promised.
- Your item received was not the same as described.
- Your item received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
